Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts for activation campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Create high-quality visuals for events, promotions, in-store branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
Work on Mockups, logo, Key visual,and final execution of designs for activations.
Ensure all creative outputs meet the quality standards, brand identity, and campaign objectives.
Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to keep our brand activation fresh and innovative.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in brand activation or experiential marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing activation or campaign-based design work.
Understanding of brand identity, typography, and color theory.
Experience in designing for both digital and print mediums.
Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
