Graphic Designer (2D & 3D) - Weddings & Event DesignExperience: 1-2 years minimumLocation: [Add location / Hybrid if applicable]About UsRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (2D & 3D) with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for weddings, dcor, and spatial design. The role involves translating concepts into visually compelling designs across print, fabric, and three-dimensional wedding environments.You will work closely with the design and planning team to bring wedding narratives to life-on paper, fabric, and space.Key Responsibilities2D Design- Design wedding stationery suites including invitations, save-the-dates, menus, signage, welcome boards, and collateral- Create custom textile and surface patterns for linens, drapes, upholstery, backdrops, and soft dcor elements- Develop mood boards, color palettes, typography systems, and visual themes aligned with each wedding conceptPrepare print-ready artworks and coordinate with printers and vendors3D & Spatial Design- Create set design sketches and 3D visualizations for wedding venues, mandaps, stages, dining areas, lounges, and installations- Translate design concepts into scaled layouts, elevations, and perspectives- Assist in visual storytelling for large-scale wedding environments and dcor installations- Support the team with renderings and presentation decks for client pitchesCollaboration & Execution- Work closely with wedding planners, stylists, and production teams- Adapt designs based on client feedback while maintaining brand and design integrity- Stay updated with wedding design trends, materials, and global aestheticsRequired Skills & Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design / spatial design / event or wedding design- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)- Working knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar- Strong sense of color, composition, typography, and scale- Ability to visualize spaces and convert ideas into sketches and renders- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and timelinesPreferred (Nice to Have)- Background or interest in wedding, luxury, or event design- Experience with textile or pattern design- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and dcor elements- Hand-sketching or illustration skillsWhat We're Looking For- A creative thinker with a strong aesthetic eye- Someone who understands that weddings are emotional, immersive experiences- A designer who can balance creativity with practicality and execution- Passion for storytelling through designWhat You'll Get- Opportunity to work on high-end, creative wedding projects- Exposure to large-scale wedding environments and luxury design concepts- A collaborative, design-driven studio environment- Creative ownership and room to grow with the brand (ref:updazz.com)
