The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, design craft, and visual excellence, along with the ability to translate business needs into compelling visual experiences.What You'll Do- Strengthen and evolve the brand identity across multiple communication channels.- Create high-impact designs for digital, print, product, marketing, and internal needs.- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.- Bring ideas from concept to execution with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.- Develop templates, guidelines, and reusable design systems to enable faster team execution.- Ensure every design balances functionality with visual appeal.- Elevate the design quality at least 2+ levels above current standards.What We're Looking For- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, visual storytelling, and execution excellence.- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (quality > years).- Strong collaboration and communication skills.- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership environments (startup experience preferred).- Understanding of brand systems and consistency.- Balanced approach to functional + aesthetic design.- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.Bonus Skills- Print design- Video editing- Motion graphics / animation (ref:updazz.com)
