We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our brand's visual communication across digital, e-commerce, social media, website, and offline marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, understands brand consistency, and can work in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities1. Digital & Social Media Design- Design creatives for social media posts, stories, ads, reels thumbnails, and campaigns.- Create digital assets for performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube).- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-impact creatives aligned with campaign goals.2. E-commerce & Website Design- Design product images, banners, landing pages, and website creatives.- Create visuals for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).- Ensure consistency across D2C website, app, and e-commerce platforms.3. Brand & Offline Collateral- Develop designs for brand guidelines, packaging, POS materials, brochures, flyers, and hoardings.- Support offline marketing, retail activations, and events with relevant creatives.- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.4. Creative Collaboration- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams.- Adapt designs based on feedback and performance data.- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.Skills & Qualifications- 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or brand-side).- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Working knowledge of Figma / Canva (preferred).- Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.- Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and composition.- Experience working with D2C brands, startups, or consumer brands preferred.
