Urgent Opening- Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, Brand Collaterals and digital advertisements. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design concepts, layouts, and visual assets that meet client requirements and objectives. Design engaging and interactive user interfaces (UI) for websites and digital applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all visual elements and communication materials. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics for various marketing collaterals and campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in graphic design, user experience (UX) design, and digital marketing. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and creativity within the team. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, vision, and design preferences, and effectively communicate design concepts and revisions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media. Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
