Graphic Designer- Entry Level We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, assist, and grow within a fast-paced creative team.You will get hands-on exposure in branding, social media, digital content, and on-ground shoot support.If you have an eye for aesthetics, adaptability, and enjoy turning ideas into visuals this role is for you.Key Responsibilities / KRAs :- Assist senior designers in creating brand assets such as logos, brochures, social media posts, and campaign creatives.- Support the design team on print and packaging projects (knowledge preferred but not mandatory).- Create short-form digital content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) using Canva, CapCut, Veed.io, and similar tools.- Be present during shoots to create quick edits, behind-the-scenes visuals, and on-the-fly content.- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables.- Use AI tools for ideation, concept development, and faster design workflows.- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and creative best practices.- Coordinate with strategy and content teams to ensure timely and smooth project execution.Requirements :Academic Requirements:- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts (preferred).- Self-taught designers with strong aesthetic sense and creativity are also welcome.Experience Requirements:- 1-2 years of design experience in an agency, studio, or freelance setup.- A strong digital design portfolio is mandatory; print/packaging work is an added advantage.Technical Skills:- Strong proficiency in Canva and basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.- Familiarity with Photoshop or other image-editing tools.- Exposure to CapCut, Veed.io, or similar platforms for short-form video editing.- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color fundamentals.- Curiosity to explore AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, ChatGPT for concepting).- Must have a personal laptop and smartphone for daily work.Soft Skills:- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.- Strong sense of curiosity, creativity, and adaptability.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow.Benefits :- Career growth & learning opportunities- Team-building & fun work culture- Performance bonuses as per company policy (ref:updazz.com)
