Key Responsibilities:

? Create engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media posts, ad

creatives, banners, and website graphics

? Assist in designing presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and marketing collateral

? Support branding efforts by maintaining visual consistency across platforms

? Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign visuals

? Work on editing and retouching photos, illustrations, or videos as required

? Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly based on team input

? Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

? Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva

? A strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and typography

? A portfolio or sample work (even academic or personal projects are welcome)

? Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

? Good communication skills and openness to feedback

? Ability to manage time and handle multiple design tasks simultaneously
