Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Graphic Design Trainer

who can inspire and guide students in mastering industry-standard design tools and concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong command over

Adobe Creative Suite

and a flair for teaching both theoretical concepts and practical techniques in graphic and motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions in graphic design tools and techniques. Teach and mentor students in the following tools and areas:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Lightroom

Basic Video Editing

(Premiere Pro or similar)

Introduction to Motion Graphics

(After Effects or similar) Guide students through project-based learning and portfolio development. Stay updated with design trends and integrate them into the curriculum. Provide constructive feedback on student work and support their growth. Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning and improvement. Organize design workshops, guest sessions, and showcase events.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong design sense and understanding of layout, color theory, and typography. Experience in motion graphics and visual storytelling is a plus. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
