G Tec Education, Anna Nagar is looking for a talented and passionate

Graphic Designer Trainer

to train students in core design tools and creative concepts.
The trainer must have strong hands-on expertise in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects

, and should be capable of handling students from

all design backgrounds

-- beginner to advanced levels.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects

. Teach design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual communication. Guide students in creating creative projects, portfolios, posters, logos, brochures, social media designs, and motion graphics. Prepare course materials, assignments, practice tasks, and project guidelines. Provide one-on-one support to help students improve their design skills. Evaluate student work and give constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Create a supportive learning environment for students from different academic and experience backgrounds.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in

Adobe Photoshop

(photo editing, retouching, manipulations). Strong skills in

Adobe Illustrator

(logo design, vector illustration, branding). Knowledge of

Adobe InDesign

(layout design, publications, print design). Working skills in

After Effects

(motion graphics, basic animation, video composition). Good knowledge of

design principles

and visual aesthetics. Excellent communication, patience, and teaching ability. Ability to handle students from

various design and non-design backgrounds

.

Added Advantage:

Experience in UI/UX tools like

Figma

or

Adobe XD

. Knowledge in video editing tools (Premiere Pro). Experience in handling real-time client projects or agency work. Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).
