About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Faculty who can inspire students through hands-on learning and real-world design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, practical industry experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and guiding young creatives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging classes, workshops, and studio sessions on design fundamentals and tools. Mentor students on projects, portfolios, and competitions with practical feedback. Support curriculum updates and integrate real-world design trends and tools. Develop project-based learning and cross-disciplinary design activities. Stay updated on latest design trends and technologies. Contribute to exhibitions, reviews, and student showcases. Liaise with industry professionals for guest sessions and inspire students to explore internships and freelance work.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidate should meet any one of the following:
Bachelors/Master's in Graphic Design/Animation/Visual Communication/UI/UX/Product Design

Or

Graduation in any field with a minimum 1 year of additional qualification /certification/diploma

Graphic Design/Animation/Visual Communication/UI/UX/Product Design

Or

Graduation in any field with a minimum 1 year work experience/self employment in

Graphic Design/Animation/Visual Communication/UI/UX/Product Design

Experience:

0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or creative studios. 0-2 years of teaching or training experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Candidates with a strong design portfolio and solid software proficiency (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) are encouraged to apply, even if they are new to teaching.
Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) 2D and 3D Animation and other relevant tools. Strong conceptual thinking and design execution skills. Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and mentor students to reach their creative potential. Passion for design education, innovation, and continuous learning.
