• Conceptualize, design, layout and generate art for proposal materials, communications, visual presentations, etc.
• Perform as in-house creative consultant. Individual would be expected to monitor process on projects against schedule and keep management updated
• Creates innovative and design concepts that follow current internal campaigns and master brand guidelines
• Presents graphic design solutions using methods including presentation boards, laptop, and projection
• Works closely with proposal and bid managers and specialists to implement design concepts. (different time zones may occur)
• Works closely with editors to ensure graphic designs are grammatically, stylistically, and scientifically accurate
• Participates in strategy sessions, project input meetings, and on brainstorming teams
• Communicates project changes in a positive and manner
• Negotiates design changes with proposal and bid managers and specialists while ensuring that project objectives are maintained
• Ensures accuracy by understanding and applying the master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, Marketing, Business
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design preferably in an IT service environment; advertising or marketing background is a plus.
• Must possess outstanding print layout and computer design skills; strong proficiency in desktop publishing and web development software; ability to prepare digital files for a variety of print media.
• Demonstrates competence with MS Office, with particular focus on PowerPoint expertise and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in articulating complex concepts visually to produce compliant, compelling, and competitive proposal documents
• Experience in demonstrating a competitive mindset and drive to win
• Experience in crafting persuasive, compelling visuals that demonstrate value
• Experience in managing multiple, high-volume efforts effectively and simultaneously while delivering value-added, cost-effective proposal graphic elements
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with attention to detail, and process oriented attitude
