Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house design team to deliver exceptional creative work. Plan, organize, and oversee multiple design projects from concept to final delivery. Ensure all client information, creative briefs, and project materials are handled with

strict confidentiality

. Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand identity, and business goals. Translate client requirements into compelling design strategies and visuals. Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design outputs. Supervise workflow, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all client projects. Review and approve all design work before submission to clients, ensuring top creative quality. Work closely with account managers, marketing, and production teams to meet client expectations. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team's skills sharp.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in graphic design, including leadership or managerial role. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and team-led projects. Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools. Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and layout design. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client projects under tight deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining
