Position Description: As a Graphic Design Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of graphic designers and ensuring the delivery of visually compelling and user-friendly designs across various customer touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence and create captivating customer experiences. Designation: Graphic Designer Manager Responsibilities&Duties: \xc2\xb7 UI/UX Design: Lead and oversee the creation of user-centered designs for our digital products, websites, and mobile applications. \xc2\xb7 Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill development. \xc2\xb7 Design Strategy: Develop and execute design strategies that align with the company\'s goals and customer experience objectives. \xc2\xb7 Software Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in Coral, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools to create stunning visuals. \xc2\xb7 Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics for digital advertisements, product demos, and promotional materials. \xc2\xb7 Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, tutorials, and customer support. \xc2\xb7 Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure consistency in design and messaging. \xc2\xb7 User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences. \xc2\xb7 Design Standards: Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity. \xc2\xb7 Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Coral, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Experience in customer experience design is a plus.
