Summary: A strong portfolio with a wide range of design styles, showcasing expertise in creating visually impactful graphics, layouts, typography, and illustrations for social media, display ads, catalogs, printables, and other such business requirements. What you\'ll bring to the role:: Develop and create visually appealing designs and aesthetics for a variety of requirements including, but not limited to, display ads, social media, web banners, printables, etc. that align with the company\'s brand identity and resonate with audiences. Collaborate with creative teams and other stakeholders to understand project scope and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards. Role Qualifications: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
