Key Responsibilities

Design compelling creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube thumbnails, etc.) Create packaging designs, product labels, in-store collaterals, and marketing materials Support digital ad campaigns with performance focused visuals for Meta and Google Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Product teams to maintain brand consistency Assist with photoshoots, help plan concepts, moodboards, and layouts Design lookbooks, newsletters, and catalogues for both online and retail use Create short-form video content (reels, GIFs, motion graphics, etc.) Collaborate on brand identity development: typography, color palette, icons, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 1-3 years of experience in digital design (experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and storytelling through visuals Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics Understanding of social media trends, ad creatives, and brand visual tone Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
