Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Graphic Design Intern

who can translate ideas into engaging visuals. You will be working on real client projects under the guidance of our senior design team -- from social media creatives to brand identity concepts.

This internship is

performance-based

with the potential for a full-time offer upon successful completion.

Internship Structure & Compensation

Month 1:

Training & trial period (Unpaid)

Month 2:

?5,000 - ?10,000 stipend (based on performance)

Month 3:

?10,000 - ?15,000 stipend (based on performance)

Full-time Offer:

Industry-standard salary package (based purely on performance and output quality)

Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital and social media campaigns. Assist in branding and visual identity projects. Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to maintain design consistency. Adapt existing visuals into multiple formats and platforms. Support the design team with research, trend analysis, and mockups.

Requirements

Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast. Ability to work in a hybrid setup and meet deadlines consistently. A portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic/personal projects are welcome).
