We at NCT aim to work effectively for children from slums and to provide them with all the possible support for the betterment of their bright future. We aim to put our utmost efforts into educating and making children self-sufficient for the future, economically and emotionally to those children who have been stricken with hardship due to poverty. We provide children with school fees, conveyance, and also life lessons for mental and emotional growth.

We are aiming to connect people around the world in the fight to end illiteracy in underdeveloped areas because of poverty. Working together, we will invest in the lives of children and youth and build the healthy environment they need to thrive and empower them to create lasting change in their own lives and communities. This is our hope for bright tomorrow.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and create visually appealing graphics, including digital banners, social media posts, website elements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop effective design concepts.
3. Produce compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media channels, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all designs and maintain adherence to visual identity guidelines.
5. Assist in the creation and editing of video content, such as promotional videos, destination highlights, and customer testimonials.
6. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
7. Help maintain the digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access and future reference.

Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
3. A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
4. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs within given deadlines.
