Brewbay Innovations is the parent company of the innovative and disruptive coffee brand \'abCoffee\'. abCoffee is a tech-enabled QSR coffee chain built with the mission to democratize specialty coffee in India while reliving the magic of coffee at community building and bringing the best out of people. We will cater to the growing demand for quality coffee among Indians who want to experience the best of coffee but at prices that makes sense to the cost of living in India while not compromising on the quality.

We will disrupt the way coffee is consumed and experienced in India by leveraging technology, sourcing the best Indian coffee beans directly from the farmers, and reducing unnecessary costs included in a coffee cup by premier chains that serve commercial coffee at premium prices and have limited the accessibility of specialty coffee from daily lives of Coffee lovers and explorers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the marketing team in creating digital and print materials such as posters, flyers, social media posts, and other visual content that align with the company\'s brand image.
2. Work with the team to develop creative ideas for new designs that will help improve brand visibility and recognition.
3. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects and ensure that all designs meet our high-quality standards.
Assist in creating and editing product packaging designs.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a graphic design or related program, or have recently graduated.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
3. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Additional Information
