About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop innovative and impactful designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, website layouts, and presentations
2. Work with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and offer design solutions that meet the project\'s goals
4. Effectively present and communicate design concepts, both visually and verbally, to team members
5. Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations
6. Stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies
7. Research and analyze competitor designs and industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge in design quality and innovation
8. Develop and maintain an organized digital asset library of completed design projects, keeping them organized for future reference

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer will be preferred
3. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CorelDraw, etc.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
5. Eye for detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
