Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of graphic design, including branding, digital art, and motion graphics. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects, including digital and print advertising. Assist in the development of branding materials, including logo design and marketing collateral. Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other software tools. Participate in art direction discussions and contribute to the overall visual strategy of projects. Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design tasks. Conduct photo manipulation and editing to enhance visual content. Support web design efforts by applying knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress for layout design. Engage in typography, color theory, and layout design to ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist with presentation preparation and participate in client meetings as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential; familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus. Experience with digital art creation and production design techniques. Knowledge of web design principles including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is advantageous. Strong understanding of visual design principles including color management, typography, and layout design. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Experience with photography and photo editing is beneficial. A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills is required.
