Responsibilities

Design

social media posts, carousels & thumbnails

Assist in creating

reels covers, ad creatives & brand collaterals

Work on

real client projects

(cafes, pubs, resorts, agencies) Adapt designs as per brand guidelines Collaborate with the marketing & content team Learn

design for performance (not just looks)

Requirements

Basic understanding of

graphic design fundamentals

Hands-on knowledge of

Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma

Good sense of

colors, typography & layout

Ability to follow deadlines & feedback Passion to learn & improve (more important than experience)
Bonus (Not Mandatory but a Plus)

Basic video editing / motion graphics Prior internship or freelance design work Awareness of social media trends & reels culture
