Position Overview

We are seeking a

Graphic Design Intern

to support the creation of a comprehensive

brand guideline document/book

. The intern will focus on designing and documenting the organization's visual identity to ensure consistency across all communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in branding and design, with an eye for detail and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design a

brand guideline document/book

that defines and standardizes brand elements, including:

Logo usage and variations Typography and font hierarchy Color palettes and combinations Photography and imagery styles Iconography, patterns, and graphic elements Layout systems for print and digital applications Tone of voice and messaging alignment (with communications team input)
Create sample applications of the guidelines across marketing materials, social media templates, and internal documents.

Ensure brand assets are properly organized and documented for easy use by internal teams.

Research branding best practices and incorporate relevant trends into the guideline design.

Collaborate with the communications/marketing team to ensure the document reflects both strategy and creativity.

Requirements / Desired Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, Media, or a related field

. Strong understanding of

design principles

such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools. Basic knowledge of branding concepts and the ability to translate them into clear

visual standards

. Attention to detail and a structured approach to

documentation and design consistency

. Creativity in presenting brand identity elements through engaging visuals and layouts. Good organizational skills to maintain design assets and brand resources. Ability to research and apply

branding best practices

and current design trends. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with the communications/marketing team.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
