What you will do:
Designing at Exponent means taking complex tech and turning it into visuals that feel effortless. You'll work across brand, product, marketing, and internal teams to build experiences that are crisp, consistent, and meaningful.
You'll collaborate across brand, engineering, and marketing to turn complex EV tech into visuals that feel effortless, intuitive, and on-brand.
Responsibilities:

• Create digital/print assets: social media creatives, posters, merchandise, presentations, etc.
• Support brand identity rollouts - typography, layout systems, colour usage, iconography.
• Translate ideas, data, and engineering concepts into simple, beautiful visuals.
• Work closely with engineering, business and marketing teams to build coherent storytelling.
• Contribute to website, UI graphics, campaign designs, and product visuals.
• Maintain design files, asset libraries, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Take feedback enthusiastically and iterate quickly.
• Bring new visual ideas and experiment with styles to push the brand forward.

• Sharp attention to detail -- alignment, spacing, typography, polish

Supported by good design fundamentals:

• A portfolio showing clarity, structure, and thoughtful craft
• Experience with Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of typography, grids, layout systems, and colour
• Curiosity to understand how things work -- visually and technically

Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design decisions * Comfort with quick iteration and structured feedback
Experience:
0-1 year. (Ideal for students or recent graduates looking to work on meaningful design projects.)
