Job Summary:

Growthfather Pvt Ltd is looking for a

Graphic Design Head

with extensive experience in digital marketing creatives. The ideal candidate will lead the creative design team, manage branding projects, and ensure high-quality visual outputs across digital platforms. You will work closely with the performance, content, and strategy teams to produce compelling creatives that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the in-house graphic design team. Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for social media, websites, ad campaigns, landing pages, and branding materials. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple client brands. Coordinate with performance marketing and content teams to create visuals that align with digital strategies. Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers. Ensure timely delivery of assets with a high standard of quality and creativity. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Handle client presentations and explain the design rationale effectively. Manage multiple projects and delegate tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in a digital marketing agency. Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and brand design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
