Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Moople Institute of Animation & Design (Bardhhaman Branch). The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic designs, logos, branding elements, and typography for print and social media promotion.

Experience

2-4 years

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design creative visuals for digital and print mediums, including brochures, banners, social media posts, websites, and marketing materials. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with the brand's message and objectives. Develop unique concepts and ideas for branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Create high-quality illustrations, logos, and other design elements as per project requirements. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet industry standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Indesign, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. Experience in designing for both digital and print platforms. Attention to detail and creativity in creating visually impactful designs. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members effectively. A portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory. Previous faculty experience will be given priority.
