2. Marketing & Sales Collaterals
Create engaging designs for
sales presentations, marketing decks, digital campaigns, and client proposals.
Collaborate with the business development and sales team to prepare
project presentation materials
that reflect design aesthetics and professionalism.
Design
event collaterals
for site launches, groundbreakings, and customer meets (e.g., standees, backdrops, banners, and invitations).
3. Print & Vendor Coordination
Prepare print-ready files for all marketing materials, ensuring accuracy in size, bleed, and color settings.
Coordinate with
printing vendors
for production quality, material selection, and delivery timelines.
Ensure smooth execution of all branding deliverables for
events, exhibitions, and site branding.
4. Digital & Social Media Design
Design visual content for
social media posts, advertisements, and website updates.
Support marketing campaigns with visually compelling graphics, videos, and motion creatives.
Work with the digital marketing team to create campaigns that highlight project USPs and milestones.
5. Event Support & Coordination
Collaborate with the
event and HR team
for company launches, project inaugurations, and client events.
Design all event branding collaterals --
invitation cards, event agendas, standees, and LED screen visuals.
Support the anchor and event coordinator by providing timely creatives and visual aids.
6. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with management, architects, HR, and the marketing team to understand creative requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for project launches and campaigns.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets with high-quality visual impact.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience
in a design role within the
construction, architecture, or real estate
industry.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Canva / CorelDRAW / Figma
(as required)
Strong understanding of
layout design, typography, color theory, and brand communication.
Familiarity with
print production, signage, and large-format materials.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for
real estate or architectural marketing.
Ability to create 3D visualizations or mockups for branding displays (a plus).
Knowledge of
social media marketing trends
and content design.
