Summary:

A graphic artist designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages and ideas effectively, and should have strong artistic skills, a keen eye for detail, creativity, proficiency in design software, and the ability to communicate ideas visually.

Key responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Design PowerPoint presentations and decks that effectively communicate key messages and data. Develop creative concepts and designs for promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and advertisements. Design and layout website elements ensuring a consistent and professional look. Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Work with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects). Experience with web design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency. Ability to manage time efficiently meet project deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Pay: ₹269.00 - ?335.00 per hour
