Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented

Web Designer

to craft beautiful, user-friendly website designs in tools like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. You'll work closely with developers and clients to translate brand goals and user needs into visually compelling, responsive web layouts.

No coding required

--just strong design instincts and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Design modern, responsive website layouts (desktop and mobile) Create wireframes, mockups, and final UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD Collaborate with clients and developers to iterate on feedback Ensure visual consistency and a great user experience Deliver organized design files ready for development handoff Understand basic UX principles and apply best practices Source or guide image and icon selection to match branding

Requirements:

Proven experience as a web or UI designer (portfolio required) Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory Experience designing for responsive web and mobile Ability to understand client goals and translate them into design Strong communication and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of how designs are implemented in HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required)

Nice to Have:

Branding or graphic design experience Experience with Webflow or similar visual web builders Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
