who can design stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that reflect our vision and fuel our growth.
Role Overview
The
Web Designer
will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and maintaining visually compelling and responsive websites for BMKP Festiverse and its sub-brands.
You will blend creativity with functionality -- ensuring every page delivers a seamless user experience, visual consistency, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Design and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly websites using platforms like
WordPress, Webflow, or Wix
.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop modern, engaging UI/UX designs aligned with brand identity.
Update existing website layouts, banners, and visuals to ensure consistency with ongoing campaigns.
Optimize graphics, layout, and navigation for speed, accessibility, and usability.
Implement SEO-friendly design practices and assist with content formatting and placement.
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with content writers, SEO specialists, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive branding across all digital channels.
Support new product or campaign launches with website updates and landing pages.
Create visual mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for website enhancements.
Maintenance & Optimization
Regularly test website performance and fix bugs or UI issues.
Ensure website security, plugin updates, and compatibility checks.
Track and analyze site metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools to improve performance.
Skills & Experience Required
1-3 years of proven experience as a Web Designer or Frontend Developer.
Proficiency in
WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
.
Knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic SEO principles
.
Proficiency in design tools like
Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD
.
Strong understanding of
UI/UX design
and responsive layout principles.
Attention to detail, design precision, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with integrating forms, payment gateways, and APIs.
Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and Google Search Console.
Basic knowledge of SEO tools like Yoast or RankMath.
Experience designing for marketing and event-based websites.
