This is a
creative and strategic role
where you will ideate and produce digital-first content including videos, graphics, landing pages, and product creatives designed to convert and engage.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage visual content for website, social media, online ads, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain aesthetically pleasing, mobile-optimized
web pages, landing pages
, and product microsites.
Create
targeted product videos, reels, and motion graphics
for social media and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce digital assets for promotions, festivals, launches, influencer campaigns, etc.
Design banner ads, infographics, GIFs, and static creatives that align with brand aesthetics.
Develop content that is optimized for engagement, conversions, and shareability.
Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and digital storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in graphic design and web design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web pages, social media creatives, and video projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience with
video editing and motion graphics
for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product explainers.
Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS and website builders
like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow is a plus.
A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to understand brand tone and adapt creative direction accordingly.
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Bonus if You Have:
Experience in e-commerce or product marketing campaigns.
Understanding of consumer behavior and what drives engagement.
Ability to brainstorm and pitch content ideas for monthly calendars.
