Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Social Media Associate to join our design company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content that represents our brand's aesthetic and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, posters, digital ads, and client proposals.
Create visual content for social media campaigns, website, and digital marketing.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing team for project visuals and branding materials.
2. Social Media Management:

Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to showcase design works and company culture.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyse performance metrics.
Stay updated with social media trends and apply creative strategies to increase reach.
3. Content Creation & Coordination:

Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals of completed projects.
Assist in developing creative campaigns, stories, and reels related to design projects.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, newsletters, and event coverage.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field*.

1-3 yearsof experience in graphic design or social media marketing (preferably in a design or architecture-related firm).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)*.

Familiarity with social media management tools(Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of aesthetics, layout, and color balance.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹11,196.47 - ₹30,085.80 per month
