About the Role:

ADCA , As Part of Techokraft Productions,We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing compelling graphics, motion videos, and interactive content that enhance brand visibility and user engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design static and animated visuals for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and product launches Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animation videos for various digital formats Edit raw footage into polished videos in alignment with brand guidelines Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visually appealing and user-focused content Work with UX/UI teams to build user-friendly prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD Visualize and design logos, layouts, branding material, and promotional graphics Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and motion techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and/or video editing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

Familiarity with UI/UX tools like

Figma

or

Adobe XD

Knowledge of visual storytelling, typography, and color theory Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

Basic understanding of

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Experience in logo design and brand identity development Storyboarding and animation scripting experience
