ou will be responsible for bringing the heart and soul of Gram's to life. At Gram's, we're looking for grandmoms to join our team -- the daadi with sassy comebacks, warm life advice, and a phone camera always ready to capture a moment. Gram's, short for "Grandmother", is a playful, design-led lifestyle hotel that blends nostalgia, comfort, and community living. It offers hotel-level comfort with the warmth, chatter, and familiar homeliness of a hostel. Our first Gram's sits by the beautiful Pawna Lake in Lonavala. We are now searching for a GrandMom who is young at heart, radiates comfort, and makes every guest feel instantly at home.
About You
This isn't a desk job. This is a vacation-on-duty role. During the hosted stay at Gram's, you will:
