Job Description

Role Objective

To manage procurement of grain (maize/rice/broken rice) and fuel (coal/biomass/other fuels) for ethanol and allied manufacturing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and uninterrupted supply.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end procurement of:
o Grain for ethanol production

o Fuel for boiler & utility operations

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/traders Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Monitor market trends, MSP, seasonal availability, and logistics costs Coordinate with plant operations for daily/weekly material planning Ensure compliance with quality, quantity, and statutory norms Manage contracts, POs, GRNs, and reconciliation Coordinate with logistics for timely material movement Maintain procurement MIS and cost reports
Eligibility

Graduate / Post-graduate in:
o Supply Chain, Commerce, Agriculture, Engineering, or Management

2-6 years experience in grain, agri-commodity, or fuel procurement Experience in ethanol / distillery / process industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
