KRA for Graphic Designer

1. Creative Design & Visual Communication

Develop high-quality visual concepts for digital and print media. Create brand-consistent graphics, layouts, and illustrations. Convert briefs into visually appealing creatives that meet brand objectives. Produce design options and iterations as required.
2. Brand Identity & Guidelines

Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure all creatives follow color palettes, typography, and brand rules. Create, update, and manage brand guidelines when needed
3. Content Production

Design social media posts, website banners , ads, banners, brochures, packaging, presentations, wedding invites , branding aesthetics for wedding installations etc. Edit photos, create mockups, and prepare artwork for production/printing.
4. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Communicate project progress and ensure timely delivery.
5. Project Management & Timelines

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Complete assignments within deadlines and update workflows regularly. Maintain organized files, archives, and version control
6. Technical Skill Development

Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies and AI apps Continuously upgrade skills in design , motion graphics, or learn Ai and its application in design.
7. Quality Assurance

Review final designs for accuracy, quality, and error-free output. Conduct quality checks before sending assets for printing or publishing. Ensure designs meet brand and business objectives.

Pay: ₹12,271.79 - ₹45,852.37 per month
