We are hiring smart, active, and detail-oriented fresh graduates for our factory operations team at Silvassa. The role involves supporting daily factory activities through accurate data entry, report preparation, and coordination using MS Excel and computer systems.

This position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in a manufacturing/factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate data entry of production, inventory, and operational records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel Maintain and update factory-related databases and documents Support production and stores teams with documentation and reporting Track production output, manpower, and material usage Coordinate with internal departments for data collection Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by seniors

Skills & Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, reports) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data systems) Willingness to work in a factory environment Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
