Experience Required: Fresher Qualification: Diploma in Civil / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Team Handling Role: No Interview Panel: Sales Head / Manager Important Requirement: Will handle Paints, Putty, Tile Adhesive, and Construction Chemicals Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License Mandatory.

Role Description The Graduate Trainee - Sales will undergo a structured training program to develop a comprehensive understanding of sales operations, product knowledge, and market dynamics. The role involves supporting sales activities, building client relationships, and helping achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate leads. Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence. Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in campaigns, trade shows, and industry events. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor benchmarking and customer need assessments. Field Sales Exposure: Collaborate with senior sales staff to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
