The Graduate Trainee - Sales position is designed for dynamic individuals aspiring to build a career in media and advertising sales. The role offers structured on-the-job training under experienced mentors, providing exposure to both television and digital media sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and developing new clients and advertising opportunities across media platforms.
Support sales planning, client servicing, and proposal preparation.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign integration.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and performance data.
Ensure timely follow-up and adherence to sales processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred). Other graduates or postgraduates with sales aptitude may apply.
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in media, advertising, or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for media, sales, and client engagement.
Willingness to travel and learn.
