Roles & Responsibilities

- Understanding recruitment requirements from clients and internal teams

- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

- Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable profiles

- Conducting initial telephonic interviews

- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and clients

- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers

- Following up with candidates for interview feedback and joining

- Learning end-to-end recruitment process Required Skills

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

- Strong vocal clarity and confidence on calls

- Basic understanding or interest in recruitment

- Willingness to learn HR processes

- Good interpersonal and convincing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
