Job Description

Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. Support deployments to sandboxes and production. Help automate environment setup and sandbox refresh tasks. Contribute to quality checks (code reviews, static analysis, basic tests). Troubleshoot deployment issues and document fixes. Write simple runbooks and share updates with the team.

RequirementsBasic knowledge of Salesforce (org structure, metadata, SFDX basics). Familiarity with Git (branches, commits, merges). Understanding of scripting (Shell, Python, or Node basics). Good communication and willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving attitude and ownership.

Nice to HaveExposure to CI/CD tools (Flosum, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Copado). Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex tests, Jest for LWC). Awareness of permissions and profiles in Salesforce.

EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Should have graduated in 2024 or 2025

Location: India - (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
