:Job Title - Graduate Trainee - SalesWe are seeking a Graduate Trainee - Sales to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales operations, product knowledge, and market dynamics. The role involves supporting sales activities, developing client relationships, and achieving business objectives.Responsibilities

• Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.

• Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.

• Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.

• Conduct market analysis, competitor bench marking, and customer need assessments.

• Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Fresher candidates are preferred

• Experience candidates of 6 months preferred

• Diploma/B.E / B.Tech can only apply

• Candidates who have appeared for their last semester in graduation are preferred.

• Off roll provided within in salary expectation of 25KPM CTC.
