Job Summary:

The Graduate Trainee / Associate Engineer-Hardware, R&D,ATDE requires the knowledge to participate in the development, proof of concepts building, Hardware architectural design, and enhancement of applications. This level role provides the opportunity to contribute to various projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop essential skills in Hardware.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with Hardware team in day-to-day tasks and project execution.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, propose solutions, and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure a productive and professional work environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
• With support, estimates technical requirements and breaks down work to user stories and tasks.
• With supervision and support, plans, develops, tests, deploys different solution in an DevOps environment driven through innovation
• Work closely with Leads and Architects on various prototypes, or proof of concept, to test solution.
• Solve routine and standard problems
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors\' / Master\'s degree or equivalent with Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience .

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Possesses exposure to or education in the following:

o Basic knowledge in ECAD tools.
o Knowledge in Electrical & Electronic components
o Familiarity with diagnostic tools, Power supply, Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Programmers, Debuggers.
o Basic knowledge in soldering the electronic components.
o Basic understanding of computer hardware components, including CPUs, memory, storage devices, and peripherals.
o Basic knowledge of networking concepts, such as LAN, WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches, and wireless connectivity, is beneficial.
o Staying updated with emerging hardware technologies and trends is valuable.
o Developing in an Agile methodology.

• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this
• Able to always comply with the company\'s safety policy..

Physical and Travel Requirements

• 10% travel, including global travel
• Occasional on-call work required
