Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1.

HRMS Updation & Maintenance



o Regularly update and maintain employee records in the HRMS.

o Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data across all HR systems.

o Support in generating system-based reports and dashboards.

2.

MIS Preparation & Reporting



o Prepare, analyze, and publish HR-related MIS reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave management, onboarding, training compliance).

o Develop and automate reports for periodic review by HR leadership and business stakeholders.

o Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in MIS submissions.

3.

Documentation & Compliance



o Validate employee documentation during onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle.

o Maintain proper filing (digital/physical) and record-keeping systems.

Onboarding Coordination



o Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Admin, Payroll, Business Teams) for smooth onboarding of new hires.

o Assist in induction formalities and ensure timely completion of joining processes.

o Track and close onboarding-related gaps or pending activities.

5.

Stakeholder Management



o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR processes.

Provide data and HR-related inputs for audits, reviews, and decision-making

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Excel (advanced skills preferred).

Good understanding of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
