Job Purpose

To identify, promote, and sell electrical products, panels, and related solutions to industrial, infrastructure, and building clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth for Dec Industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

Identify and generate new business opportunities for electrical products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining products and solutions.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

2. Technical Support & Quotation

Study tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate quotations.

Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for proposal preparation.

Provide technical clarification and product selection guidance to clients.

3. Coordination & Follow-Up

Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with the project execution and procurement teams for order fulfillment.

Maintain sales records, customer databases, and regular reporting to the Sales Head.

4. Market Analysis

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Suggest improvements in product offerings based on client feedback and market demand.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
