Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Module Manufacturing team. This role offers hands-on experience in assembling, testing, and maintaining modules. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and a keen interest in developing technical skills within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities o Module Assembly & Testing: Assist in assembling and testing modules in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards. o

Equipment Operation: Learn to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. o

Troubleshooting: Support in identifying and resolving issues related to module performance, including electrical and mechanical faults. o

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and maintenance activities. o Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure modules meet quality and safety standards. o Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical challenges. o Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications o Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineer or a related field. o

Experience: 0-2 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in module or electronics assembly. o Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments. o

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. o

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. o

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
