We are pleased to announce that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL) is offering the position of Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) for students from the Mechanical Engineering stream.

Role: Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE)

As a GTE at PESL, selected candidates will receive hands-on training and work in various key functional areas, including:

Installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment

Preventive and breakdown maintenance

Production process support and optimization

Technical documentation and daily reporting

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

Stipend: ?15,000 per month (during the first year)

After 1 Year: Salary will be revised to ?22,500 per month (based on performance)

Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation is available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹219,987.20 - ?639,162.51 per year
