About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated

fresh graduates

to join our

Steel Detailing

team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training on international standards, detailing software, and BIM workflows, leading to exciting career growth opportunities in the structural engineering and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and perform

structural steel detailing

, including modeling, connections, and fabrication drawings. Assist in

preparing shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection plans

using industry-standard tools. Support

3D modeling

for steel and concrete structures. Work with senior engineers to interpret architectural and structural drawings. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of

structural steel components

(beams, columns, trusses, etc.) Understanding of

engineering drawings and standards

. Good grasp of

AutoCAD

,

Tekla Structures

,

SDS2

or willingness to learn. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn new software tools and adapt to project requirements.

Training & Development

In-house training on

Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and SDS2.

Guidance on

AISC, OSHA, and IS codes

relevant to detailing. Exposure to

live international projects

after training period.

Eligibility

Freshers (Graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025) B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering Passion for design, detailing, and modeling in the construction domain.
