Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day

production, maintenance, and quality activities

Support senior in

process planning and execution

Monitor machine performance and report deviations Assist in

preventive maintenance

and breakdown handling Prepare and maintain

production and inspection reports

Ensure adherence to

safety, quality, and company standards

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, QA, stores)

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of

manufacturing processes

Understanding of

mechanical drawings and BOMs

Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor Good communication and teamwork skills Proficient in

MS Excel / basic documentation

Flexible to work in shifts (if required)
