We are looking for a
fresher Mechanical Engineer
who doesn't just want a job, but wants to master the art of liquid packaging technology. You will join our core engineering team to help design, build, and optimize machines that power the beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you won't be stuck behind a desk all day. You will be hands-on from the CAD screen to the shop floor:
Design Support:
Assist in drafting and detailing components for liquid fillers, cappers, and labeling machines using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
Assembly & Testing:
Work alongside senior technicians to assemble high-precision machinery, learning the "why" behind every gear and gasket.
Fluid Dynamics:
Help calculate flow rates and nozzle pressures to ensure drip-free, high-speed filling for various liquid viscosities.
Troubleshooting:
Participate in "Factory Acceptance Tests" (FAT), identifying mechanical bottlenecks and proposing creative solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain technical manuals and Bill of Materials (BOM) with obsessive accuracy.
What We Are Looking For
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Curiosity:
You should have a "tinkerer" mindset. If you've built robots, restored an engine, or have a DIY hobby, we want to hear about it.
Software Skills:
Basic proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor).
The "Spark":
We value passion over experience. You should be someone who asks "how does this work?" and doesn't stop until they find the answer.
Communication:
Ability to explain complex mechanical ideas clearly to both teammates and clients.
