What You'll Be Doing:

Learn & Grow:

Absorb technical knowledge from experienced mentors and gain exposure to tools, systems, and processes.

Hands-On Projects:

Work on live assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, planning, or execution.

Analyze & Solve:

Assist in problem-solving, data analysis, and brainstorming innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Documentation & Reporting:

Help prepare reports, drawings, documentation, and presentations as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with project leads, site teams, and other departments to meet project milestones.

Innovate:

Bring your fresh ideas to the table. We love hearing new perspectives!

What We're Looking For:

Recent graduate with a

B.E./B.Tech

in [Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Computer Science / Relevant Field] Passionate about engineering, technology, and continuous learning Familiarity with basic engineering tools/software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.) Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to explore Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
